What is Reiki?

Reiki is a powerful and gentle energy-healing technique that promotes calmness and stress relief. Reiki balances the mind, body, and spirit to improve well-being and bring harmony to your life.


In this program, you learn how to use Reiki for your own self-care, and for your family. Throughout the program, you'll also receive profound healing and empowerment on your Motherhood journey.

Thoughts and concerns were repeating in my mind, and I felt stuck in the loop. I wanted to make decisions on what was serving me and what was taking up space and energy. I needed to address beliefs, thoughts and behaviors. I received much-needed guidance to help me recognize and release what is needed.

Self Love & Heart Opening

As a Mother, your heart holds onto so much for others, yet I also believe has the greatest capacity for love. The heart as an energy center has incredible potential as the strongest electromagnetic field in the body.

  • Increase self-love and feelings of worthiness.

Healthy Boundaries
