Hi, I'm Alyssa!

Alyssa Knapp, MS, CEP, RMT

I am a Mompreneur of 2 boys and 2 businesses. I began my career in the fitness industry while getting my undergraduate degrees in both Psychology and Health Promotion and Exercise with a focus in Wellness Management. Always fascinated by the mind-body connection, I continued my studies at the University of Rhode Island where I earned her Master’s in Kinesiology.

I worked in clinical research as an Exercise Physiologist while also climbing the corporate ladder in Corporate Wellness as a Clinical Health Coach. In addition to coaching thousands of clients, I developed Health Education programs on a wide range of health and wellness topics, trained and mentored new coaches, and managed multiple teams.

It was during this time that I was introduced to energy healing, which shifted how I viewed the wellness paradigm. With this new vision, I created Integrative Wellness Journeys and The Embodied Mommy, where I work with individuals, families, and companies to create personalized wellness programs including coaching services, healing services, online courses, and Reiki Certification Courses.

I am passionate about demystifying the healing process and empowering others by offering tools and resources to thrive. I am always learning new tools, including certifications in Advanced Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and Gaia Reiki, as well as self-study in a variety of other meditation practices and breathwork strategies.
